Looking for Ilford XP2 Super sample photos? These square 6×6 frames were shot on Ilford XP2 Super 120 with a Yashica Mat 124 TLR. XP2 Super is a chromogenic black-and-white film — it looks like black and white, but it is processed in Kodak C-41 color-negative chemistry, not standard black-and-white chemistry.
Rated at ISO 400, XP2 Super uses dye instead of silver for its grain, with wide exposure latitude and the convenience of running the roll through the same C-41 line as color film. These McAllen street frames — Mosaic, Atrium Place Apartments, and Stonewood — show the smooth midtones that come from that chromogenic process.

Ilford XP2 Super 35mm film sample photos — Kodak Ektar H35N half-frame (Veracruz)
These 35mm half-frame frames were shot in Veracruz, Mexico on a Kodak Ektar H35N with Ilford XP2 Super (ISO 400 chromogenic B&W, processed in Kodak C-41). Plaza architecture, the Camino Real waterfront, boardwalk chairs, and candid portraits show how XP2 Super holds midtones in bright coastal sun.
Ilford XP2 Super 120 film sample photos — Rolleiflex f3.5 (6×6)
These 6×6 chromogenic B&W frames were shot on a Rolleiflex f3.5 with Ilford XP2 Super 120 film (processed in Kodak C-41) — palm canopy looking up, a wind-chime detail, a porch still-life, Mosaic apartments, and a pool seen through trees.
Ilford XP2 Super is C-41 chromogenic B&W, not a conventional black-and-white emulsion — square 6×6 / 120 on the Yashica Mat 124, Hasselblad 500CM, and Rolleiflex f3.5, plus 35mm half-frame on the Kodak Ektar H35N in Veracruz. The shop currently has 35mm XP2 Super in stock (the 120 roll is not listed).
