Looking for Flic Film Elektra 100 sample photos? These thirteen ArtByPino frames were shot on 35mm with a Pentax K1000 in Edinburg and McAllen — the UTRGV Performing Arts Center, a campus fountain, the former Skinner-Silva Funeral Home, the Citrus Theatre sign, the Southern Pacific Depot, and La Placita / McAllen Heritage Center.
Flic Film Elektra 100 is Kodak Aerocolor IV 2460 — Kodak’s fine-grain color negative aerial film, made for mapping and surveying from aircraft — respooled by Flic Film into 35mm. It is rated ISO 100 and develops in standard C-41. Flic Film and retailers state it is respooled Kodak Aerocolor IV; Kodak’s public datasheet describes Aerocolor IV 2460 as a daylight color negative with wide exposure latitude. The same emulsion is also sold as Film Washi X, Santa Color 100, and CatLABS X Film 100 Color — this page is the Flic Film 35mm set only.
This set walks the Rio Grande Valley: the modern gray and color-panel colonnades at the UTRGV Performing Arts Center in Edinburg, a round fountain with green, white, and red tiles on the UTRGV campus, the yellow Spanish house at the former Skinner-Silva Funeral Home, the vertical CITRUS blade sign, the Southern Pacific Depot with McALLEN in the gable, and the pink Spanish Revival facade at La Placita / McAllen Heritage Center.
